How to Request a Price Match

- The product you are interested in purchasing
- The retailer offering the lower price
- A link to the competing product or other evidence of the advertised price
We will review the price and let you know whether we can match or beat it.
Price Match Conditions
The product must be the same product, including the same brand, model, size, colour and specifications.
The competing product must be currently available for purchase from an Australian retailer or Australian online store.
The comparison price must include any applicable delivery, handling or other compulsory charges so that we are comparing the actual purchase price.
Price matching is subject to verification and is offered at our discretion.
We may not be able to match prices resulting from clearance sales, liquidation sales, limited-time promotions, coupon codes, membership pricing, marketplace sellers, pricing errors or products that are unavailable or out of stock.
We reserve the right to decline a price match where the competing offer cannot be reasonably verified.
